St. Paul’s 65th Annual ECW Bazaar and Luncheon will be held on Wednesday, November 9 from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. We will be raising money for our allocations and encourage each church woman to join us for Bazaar workshops on Wednesday mornings and to help at the Bazaar itself.

The Bazaar workshops, headed by Heather Zifchak, are making many new items to sell this year – ribbon doormats, painted nativities, homemade frozen chicken pies and wonderful paper goods. In addition, we will have our ever-popular Advent calendars, pecans, aprons and more, all handmade by our circles.

We are always looking for donations to the Wishing Tree, the Bazaar’s silent auction. If you have a talent (organizing households? garden design? making a special cake? needlepoint?) or a service (sewing? cooking?) or merchandise that you expect will bring at least $25, contact Anne Dunn at 725-9037 . Raffle tickets for wonderful items are being sold following the 9:00 a.m. service each Sunday. And don’t forget, we love our "Bazaar Angels" who help us by donating money to help cover our expenses.

On Bazaar Day, lunch will be served from 11:00 a.m. – 1:30 p.m. (dine in or take out) and will consist of St. Paul’s famous chicken salad or lasagna. Cindy Brasher is again chairing the Food Booth and is looking forward to gathering all of our special baked goodies on Bazaar Day.

Our monies this year have been designated to go to Episcopal Relief and Development for Nets for Life, Habitat for Humanity, The Second Harvest Food Bank for the BackPack Program, St. Paul’s Summer Enrichment Program, St. Paul’s Preschool and Vacation Bible School.

We have had such fun planning the 65th Annual ECW Bazaar and appreciate all the efforts of so many. It is such a special event here at St. Paul’s and we are delighted to have served as your chairs! See below for more details about this year's Bazaar.
